Syracuse Orange Blogger Awards: Best Player/Coach Video

Syracuse University athletes are nothing if not creative.

We've tallied up the votes and the 2013 Syracuse Orange Blogger (S.O.B.) Awards have been decided. Let's honor the players, coaches, fans and moments from the 2012-2013 Syracuse Orange basketball season (and we'll honor our contracts as well).

Syracuse University athletes are nothing if not creative. After all, it was these kids who gave us this uber-schmexy video. A video which, by the way, gave us one of the greatest .gifs of all time. Floyd-little-o_medium While the Orange basketball team wasn't really front and center in this particular production (MCW's scooter riding prowess aside), they've had their fair share of moments in front of the camera. Personally, I like seeing people shove ridiculous amounts of food into their faces in a short amount of time. So, for me, Russ DeRemer downing hot wings was a favorite. John Cassillo enjoys some gastric athletics as well...
Banana-eating contest.
A couple of freshman stole the show for Dan Lyons...
There was a segment during an episode of Syracuse Sidelines which had DaJuan Coleman rapping over Jerami Grant beat-boxing after a bit of egging on by Hopkins, which was fun. (Ed. note- Anyone have a link for this?)
And for Sean, old soul that he is, a new spin on an old trick was his favorite...
The Mike & C.J. Show, the ever-revolving two-fer took on the sport of lacrosse. Poorly.
TNIAAM readers were strangely silent on this one. When presented with a variety of options, only two comments were made. One of which was the swing vote that determined our winner.

Gotta go with MCW and CJ playing lax

You’d think CJ, from Baltimore, would have played growing up, no?

Presented with tis information, I present the S.O.B. Award for Best Syracuse Player/Coach Video to "The Mike and CJ Show". I wonder who CJ will pair up with next season...
