With Virginia beating VMI and blanking Richmond last week, the ACC finally has all five teams back in each poll. Meanwhile UNC beat Duke in OT to raise its stock while the Blue Devils fell in each of the three major polls. After demolishing Syracuse for its first ever win in the Carrier Dome, Notre Dame finds itself in the number one slot in the Lax Magazine and Media polls and number two in the Coaches' Poll. Following three straight losses, Syracuse is now clawing to stay in the top ten in each poll.
The Villanova Wildcats find themselves as the biggest tumbler in each ranking after two significant losses against Brown and at Marquette in which the Wildcats were outscored by a combined 17 goals. Villanova's best win is an early season takedown of Penn State, after that there isn't much to marvel at.
Rutgers re-enters all of the polls following a 16-9 beat down of Johns Hopkins. The Scarlett Knights sit at 8-2 but the win over the Blue Jays is a great signature win come selection Sunday. Hopkins still has post season potential but will need to make some noise in conference play.
