Get To Know Your Orange Man - #7 Oliver Vigille

Rounding out a pair of No. 7s is sophomore linebacker Oliver Vigille

Name: Oliver Vigille

Position: Linebacker

Year: Sophomore -- though, he came here in 2011 and didn't play but played in 2012.

Height: 6'2"

Weight: 220

Hometown: Miami, FL

High School: Miami Central

2012 Stats: Played in all 13 games, but compiled just three tackles all being solo.

2013 Projections: Playing time could be sparse for Vigille as there are three quality in front of him, while a pair of JUCO transfer have earned backup gigs. Because of this, Vigille isn't even listed on the depth chart. An injury to anyone of the linebackers will probably help him get on the field (but we're hoping that does not happen).

How'd He Get Here?: Vigille was a part of the 2011 recruiting class and chose Syracuse over Florida schools USF, Central Florida and FIU. Vigille was recruited by then defensive coordinator, now head coach Scott Shafer.

What'd Scout/Rivals Say?: Scout gave Oliver 2 stars and ranked him No. 160 among outside linebackers. Rivals gave him the 3 star treatment.

Interesting Nugget O'Interest: Vigille was a high school teammate of Durrel Eskridge. So, there's that. I guess.

Let Us Get a Good Look Atchya: Not a whole heck of a lot for videos, so we're reaching back into the vault.
