To end on a positive note, Syracuse.com's Michael Cohen is reporting that after offseason shoulder surgery Davis seems to recovering well and should be ready to go for Fall camp. According to Syracuse linebackers coach Clark Lea:
"I think he was hang cleaning the other day in the weight room, which puts a lot of stress on that shoulder," Lea said. "So I feel like he's good to go."
Davis missed Spring camp because of the injury.
