'The Rob Long Story'

Rob Long's battle with cancer comes to life -- sort of speak -- with a 11-minute documentary that was passed along to us at TNIAAM and we have gladly decided to share.

By now, all readers of TNIAAM and fans of Syracuse football know the inspirational story of former punter Rob Long, who had a tumor containing cancerous cells removed from his brain following the 2010 season. After a long battle, Long has been cancer free since March, 28, 2011.

Well, thanks to some of Rob's friends, his story has come to life -- sort of speak -- with a fantastic 11-minute documentary posted by Bob Burton.

The piece is beautifully done and is an effort to help Long achieve his goal of becoming a NFL punter.
