The NCAA Tournament bracket is out, and the Syracuse Orange earned a No. 3 seed in the South Region, which will be played in Memphis, TN. The Orange (27-5) will take on No. 14 Western Michigan Broncos in the second round in Buffalo, NY. Game time has not yet to be announced, but SU will play on Thursday.
If SU gets past the Broncos, they could face either the No. 6 Ohio St. Buckeyes or No. 11 Dayton Flyers in the third round. In the Sweet 16, the Orange could face the South Region's No. 2 team, the Kansas Jayhawks. In the Elite 8, the tournament's No. 1 overall seed, the Florida Gators, could be waiting.
(So, in other words: SHIT.)
Other teams in the region feature the No. 4-seeded UCLA Bruins and the No. 5 Va. Commonwealth Rams.
But, let's be honest, it is silly to think that far down the road. Syracuse fans need to focus on Western Michigan on Thursday. That's it, that's all you need to worry about right now. Well, expect for taking $1 billion from Warren Buffett.
