One of the more recent Syracuse commits, Aaron Batten combines a strong 6'4", 220 pound frame with near-receiver speed to make a very intriguing weapon for George McDonald's offense.

Stat Me: Aaron scored five touchdowns for Dade Christian this year on offense, and recorded over 60 tackles and 13 sacks on the defensive side.

The 6-foot-4 220-pound Batten told Scout he thought SU was "a better opportunity" for him. Batten is a two-star recruit ranked No. 98 in the country at tight end in the class of 2013, according to Scout.
