Wake Announces Non-Conference Games Through 2027

3

The Deacs are scheduling smart, and (assuming FCS games take open spots once per year) they only have four games to fill over the next 11 years, all of them between 2022 and 2026. SU has 23 games to fill in that same span, including next year. Wake has their P5 requirements fulfilled through 2027, including home and homes with teams in similar shape like Indiana, Purdue and Vanderbilt, plus a home and home with Ole Miss nine years out when the Rebels won't be nearly as good as they were last year. Other series include G5 teams like peer Private schools Tulane and Rice, Old Dominion in the heart of Virginia's talent pool, and Army. Granted this assumes the "non-conference" series with UNC actually happens (I doubt it does), but this is the smart scheduling that we refuse to act upon.
