The Syracuse Orange will play host to three elite class of 2025 recruits this coming weekend.

Kiyan Anthony, Nigel James and Sadiq White will all visit SU for its game on Saturday vs. Miami, Anthony told

As virtually everyone knows at this point, Kiyan is the son of SU legend Carmelo Anthony. He’s a four-star shooting guard and is ranked as high as the 30th-best prospect in the 2025 class. Syracuse has been recruiting Anthony for a while and he has a strong relationship with the entire staff. Brenden Straughn is the lead recruiter.

“They’re trying to recruit more players, as opposed to when (Jim) Boeheim was there, he was trying to get the seniors,” Anthony said. “So I really like that part of it. I’m really looking forward to seeing what they do in the future, if I was to go to Syracuse.”

Orange fans should not be looking for any announcements from Anthony as he indicated his plan is to narrow his list in March and make a commitment next Fall.

Kiyan took an official visit to Syracuse last October. He has also taken official visits to Florida State and Indiana.

Nigel James is Kiyan’s teammate at Long Island Lutheran. He’s a four-star point guard and is a consensus top 100 prospect. James has taken four official visits: Syracuse, Rutgers, Providence and Marquette.

Sadiq White is a top 30 player out of North Carolina. He took an unofficial visit to Syracuse back in September. According to an interview after his visit in September, White plans to start taking official visits after his high school season is over and before AAU starts up. Brenden Straughn is the lead recruiter.

Class of 2025 four-star guard Tyler Jackson will officially visit Syracuse the following weekend for the North Carolina State game. The Dome will be crawling with legends on the 27th as SU will add Dave Bing to its Ring of Honor.

Bing will be eighth member of the Ring of Honor, joining Jim Boeheim, Jim Brown, Ernie Davis, Floyd Little, Ben Schwartzwalder, Roy Simmons Jr. and Pearl Washington.
