Syracuse football: Orange add transfer OL Josh Miller from Georgia

NCAA Basketball: Cornell at Syracuse Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

The Syracuse Orange haven’t finished their transfer portal shopping just yet. Syracuse picked up a commitment from Georgia Bulldogs offensive lineman Joshua Miller on Saturday.

Miller was a three-star recruit from Life Christian Academy in Richmond Virginia who chose Georgia over offers from Penn State, Clemson, North Carolina and Virginia. The 6’4 300 pound guard was ranked a top 50 interior lineman in the 2023 class and he will have four years of eligibility with Syracuse.

Three former Syracuse players have chosen their next school. Jeremiah Wilson committed to Houston, Malcolm Folk committed to Kent State and Wes Hoeh has committed to 2024 opponent UConn.

The transfer portal closes on January 2nd so we expect more movement over the next 10 days.
