Name: Ryan Kisselstein
Position: Offensive Line
Year: (Redshirt) Sophomore
Height: 6-foot-6
Weight: 320 lbs.
Hometown: Syracuse, N.Y.
High School: Corcoran
2020 stats: Appeared in three games during last year’s campaign.
2021 projections: With luck, we’re not seeing much of the Syracuse Orange’s various walk-on offensive linemen this year. No offense at all to them, of course, but hopefully we’re either not as injured as last year or are in closer games this year — or both! Let’s go with both.
How’d he get here?: Where else would the Syracuse local go to college then SU, right?
What’d recruiting sites say?: They didn’t say anything, which is unfortunate... for them.

Tweets of wonder: Ryan’s not just a local standout in football, but he’s also a scholar.
Congrats to these #SCSDAthletics scholar athletes: @CorcoranCougars Ryan Kisselstein, @PSLALibrary Trayvon Bommersbach, @henningerhigh John J. Robinson & @syracuseITC Robert Felder, Jr! They each received a $500 scholarship from the CNY Chapter of the @NFFNetwork! pic.twitter.com/rJ2V7ucEGB

What movie would Dino recommend for him?: There’s a lot of “Ryan” names in Hollywood, but we’ll go with one a little off the beaten path here in Danielle C. Ryan. Among other films, she’s been in 2003’s Cat in the Hat. There’s little chance Dino’s seen that one, but he certainly knows who the Cat in the Hat is (and same goes for Kisselstein).
Interesting nugget o’interest: Like many players on the current Syracuse roster, Kisselstein is a multi-sport athlete. Along with football, he also played baseball back in high school.
Let’s get a look at ya: Of course you want to check out some Hudl highlights!
