What’d Recruiting Sites Say?: Three stars from 247. Two stars from Scout. Ranked as the No. 3 recruit from Canada by ESPN. Other offers from Buffalo, Marshall and the University of North Dakota.

Money Quote: Davis noted how much the fans influence the game day atmosphere in an interview with he Montreal Alouettes, who hold his post-playing day rights.

“In Syracuse, we attracted an average of 30,000 spectators per game. On the road, I’ve been on the field in front of 90,000 people. Fans are a great source of motivation for us players. I have experienced so many emotions because of the incredible crowds, I just can’t wait to see fans again.”
