TNIAAM NFL Draft second & third round open thread

Okay, this is definitely the day we hear at least one Syracuse name...

And we’re back for day two of the NFL Draft! After the first round went (as expected) without a Syracuse Orange player selected, Friday night’s second and third round should feature at least one if not two or even all three defensive backs hearing their names called.

As things get going from Cleveland at 7 p.m. ET, you can watch along with us on TV via ESPN, ABC, NFL Network or ESPN Deportes — or on mobile/streaming via ESPN.com, NFL.com, the NFL app or the ESPN app.

So who’s getting picked first between Ifeatu Melifonwu, Andre Cisco and Trill Williams?

Scouts would say that Iffy’s likely the first Orange name off the board at some point in the second round. Then Cisco goes at some point during round three. Trill could go as early as round three, but realistically, he’s somewhere between the fourth and sixth round (also fine, just means we’re waiting until Saturday to see him picked).

We’ll be here all evening, ready to post about each Syracuse player selected. Then we’ll likely dive into how each fits with their new NFL team on Monday. Have any predictions while we wait? Make your own selections below.
