Just in case a Syracuse player goes tonight...

Welcome to the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft! While the proceedings are taking place live in Cleveland, you can watch along with millions of other on your TV or mobile device. Things get going at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN, ABC, NFL Network and ESPN Deportes, and also streaming on ESPN.com, NFL.com, the NFL app and the ESPN app.

If you’re primarily a college football fan (at least some of us), the ABC broadcast is the place for you given that it’s college football-focused. For the NFL-first people, any of the other versions will suit you just fine, I’m sure.

But back to the reason why you’re really here: Where will Syracuse Orange players get selected this year?

Unlike most recent seasons, we know that three Syracuse players will be picked before the end of this year’s draft. Ifeatu Melifonwu is a likely second-round pick, while Andre Cisco could go between the second and third. Trill Williams could go somewhere between the fourth and sixth round. But overall, we feel pretty confident that all three defensive backs are hearing their names called.

In the off-chance that happens for one of them tonight, we’ll have a piece up shortly after. Otherwise, we’ll be monitoring things on Friday and Saturday to get those selection posts up for the second round and beyond as soon as each player gets picked.

Enjoy the Draft! And fingers crossed for a surprise leap for these Orange standouts.
