Former Syracuse Orange forward Oshae Brissett will remain with the Indiana Pacers a little bit longer. The team announced on Sunday that they are signing Brissett to a second 10-day contract.

Oshae has appeared in two games with Indiana and has two points, one rebound and one steal in limited minutes. During his time with the Ft. Wayne Mad Ants in the G League, Brissett averaged 18.6 points and 9.8 rebounds per game.

The Pacers are currently 9th in the Eastern Conference standings and battling to remain in the play-in round position. We don’t expect Oshae to see a lot of minutes for Indiana but getting a second 10-day deal means that the staff wants to get a longer look at him in practices. Despite being waived by the Toronto Raptors Oshae’s stint in the G League bubble this year clearly opened some eyes in the NBA.

We wish Oshae luck as he continues to pursue his NBA career.
