NCAA Tournament: Syracuse vs. Houston tip-off set for Saturday at 9:55 p.m. ET on Saturday

Syracuse’s Sweet Sixteen matchup with the highest remaining Midwest seed is set.

The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team advanced to the Sweet Sixteen after winning its Round of 32 matchup over the West Virginia Mountaineers. The Orange will now face the Houston Cougars on Saturday for the opportunity to go to the Elite Eight.

Tip-off times were released late on Sunday night.

Tip between Syracuse-Houston is set for 9:55 p.m. ET on Saturday, airing on TBS. The game will be played at Hinkle Fieldhouse, site of ‘Cuse’s opening round win against SDSU. No announcers have been decided as of yet, but ‘Cuse alumnus Ian Eagle is very much in play with the game being moved off CBS.

Houston had a scare in the Round of 32, trailing the Rutgers Scarlet Knights by as many as 10 points in the second half. However, the Cougars got physical and were able to win by 3 and survive to face the Cinderella Orange.
