The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball program is still looking to add members to its 2022 class. On Tuesday night, 2022 recruit Chris Bunch trimmed his final list to three schools: Syracuse, Rutgers and Washington.

Bunch is a 6-foot-7 forward from Concord, CA. He’s currently ranked No. 58 in 247’s rankings.

Bunch visited the Syracuse campus in late June and Rutgers in early July. Washington offered him in August and he visited the campus in September. More recently, Bunch attended the Syracuse football team’s win over Liberty in the Carrier Dome.

Syracuse’s 2022 class includes commitments from Justin Taylor, Quadir Copeland and Peter Carey. Syracuse previously had commitments from Dior Johnson and Kamari Lands in the 2022 cycle. Both recruits have since decommitted from SU. In the same class, 6-foot-9 forward Maliq Brown visited SU last weekend. The Orange also remain in the running for combo guard JJ Starling in the 2022 class. Starling will make a college decision this month.
