Syracuse MBB receives commitment from Maliq Brown

The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball program added their fourth commitment in the Class of 2022 on Saturday afternoon. Maliq Brown a three-star recruit from Virginia made his announcement choosing the Orange over offers from NC State, Virginia Tech, Penn State and Georgetown.

Brown, a 6’8” power forward from Virginia joins Justin Taylor, Quadir Copeland and Peter Carey in the class. He is ranked the 222nd best prospect by 247 and 45th best power forward.
