Syracuse football vs. Georgia Tech kickoff set for noon ET on RSN

At this point did you expect anything different?

The ACC released game times for week three of college football on Monday and the Syracuse Orange home opener will be -- surprise, surprise -- a noon kickoff on regional sports networks

We’ll get to see the Orange usher in the new era of the Carrier Dome (or the stadium, who even knows at this point) against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets with a good ol’ fashioned nooner on September 26. This will be SU’s third straight noon kickoff to start the season, which means another early wake-up call for you West Coasters out there (sorry, John).

Note that this game won’t be televised on the ACC Network. That slot was stolen by Pittsburgh’s match against Louisville. For those of you worried that you won’t be able to find what channel the game is on, we’ll provide more information as Syracuse and the ACC announce TV assignments next week.
