There are no changes of note. As expected.

It’s now week two of the 2020 season for the Syracuse Orange. As hard as that is to believe, we’re still here, they’re playing football and Syracuse is releasing it’s cast of characters to play this week against the Pittsburgh Panthers.

Historically Dino Babers hasn’t shifted his depth chart around too greatly, especially the public facing version and this week is no exception. Barring anything going crazy over the course of the week, the chart we’ve been given below shows there won’t be any changes in week two.

Of note, Stefon Thompson, who picked up a knock in the North Carolina game is still listed as the starting Sam linebacker. He played through the rest of the game after his injury, so not much of a surprise there.

Neither Dakota Davis, nor Tyrell Richards are listed on the current two deep. Dino Babers noted in his press conference that both of these players are out with injury, so you should keep an eye out for a return on two pieces of this Orange puzzle that could definitely have an impact. Likely the two are still a few weeks out, per previous comments.
