We’re potentially just weeks away from baseball and basketball returning, and international soccer’s als been going for the last couple weeks, for those interested. But if you’re looking for team sports that involve the Syracuse Orange, there are only a handful of options available.
Every Monday, we’re highlighting how and when you can watch the Orange on TV. Know of other games out there? Feel free to share below.
(all times ET)
Tuesday, July 7
Syracuse women’s basketball vs. Florida State (2020), 5 a.m. — ACC Network
While this season had a lot of ups and downs for the Orange women’s hoops squad, Emily Engstler’s buzzer beater is a moment you’ll want to rewatch repeatedly. On the bright side, we can get some positive glimmers of what may be ahead next year for this promising team.
Wednesday, July 8
Syracuse men’s basketball vs. Marquette (2010), midnight — ACC Network
Not the MOST notable game of a pretty fun 2009-10 season, but it’ll be fun to see Wes Johnson put up 22 points and 15 boards against the Golden Eagles in one of many fantastic performances on the year. Syracuse winning by a score of 76-71 also makes this one easy to make plans around.
Syracuse men’s basketball vs. Marquette (2010), noon — ACC Network
In case you missed it.
Thursday, July 9
Syracuse men’s soccer at North Carolina (2019), 4 a.m. — ACC Network
We’ve seen this one at least a few times over recent months, but how about a couple more? On the road last fall, SU scored a 4-3 upset over the Heels courtesy of a Ryan Raposo goal in the 88th minute. After falling behind by a 3-1 score, it was an impressive comeback for ‘Cuse.
Syracuse men’s soccer at North Carolina (2019), 8 p.m. — ACC Network
More Raposo and the Orange for you.
Sunday, July 12
ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2020), 2 a.m. — ACC Network
So the indoor team isn’t the same power that the cross country squad is, but you’ll still be able to see Syracuse in action here.
ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2020), 2 p.m. — ACC Network
If you missed...
