As we continue to wait (sort of) patiently to hear if we’ll actually see Syracuse Orange sports this fall, you can still watch previous SU games on television to help pass the time.
Every Monday, we highlight how and when you can watch the Orange on TV over the next seven days. Know of other games out there? Feel free to share below.
(all times ET)
Tuesday, July 21
Syracuse men’s basketball at Miami (2020), midnight — ACC Network
You’re not interested in this game, as Syracuse lost an ugly 69-65 game in overtime and Elijah Hughes only played 20 minutes in the contest. Not sure why anyone would want to rewatch this regrettable regular season finale.
Syracuse men’s basketball at Miami (2020), noon — ACC Network
Syracuse women’s lacrosse vs. Maryland (2014 National Championship), 2 p.m. — ESPNU
Gary Gait’s team outlasted Stony Brook, Boston College and Virginia to earn a trip to the national title game against the Terps... and then, they fell by a score of 15-12. This is not a fun one to relive in Gait’s second trip to the championship game since taking over the program.
Wednesday, July 22
Syracuse football vs. NC State (2018), midnight — ACC Network
This one remains a favorite. Syracuse jumped out to a 24-7 lead in the first quarter, and while the Pack battled for the rest of the game and made it interesting, this was a bit of a coming out party for Dino Babers’s team as they secured win No. 6 during a magical 2018 season. Always worth rewatching this 51-41 win.
Syracuse women’s lacrosse vs. Maryland (2014 National Championship), 2 a.m. — ESPNU
Again, probably for the best to leave this one alone.
ACC Night of Legends (2019), 7 a.m. — ACC Network
Watch Syracuse great Joe Morris get honored along with a variety of other stars from other schools in the ACC.
Syracuse football vs. NC State (2018), 9 p.m. — ACC Network
The worthwhile rewatch.
