2020 S.O.B. Awards voting: Most improved player

Which Syracuse player improved the most from 2018-19 to 2019-20?

NCAA Basketball: Pittsburgh at Syracuse Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

Today we continue along with the 2020 S.O.B. (Syracuse Orange Basketball) Awards voting with a new category: Most improved player. This is not to be confused with the category of most surprising player.

As a refresher, here are the categories we’ve already covered.

As we turn the page and begin the voting process for most improved player, we should note that the voting should be determined by who you think made the biggest improvement year-over-year. Freshman are ineligible given there’s no reliable benchmark from 2018-19.

We’ve listed the candidates below with their stats from the last two seasons.
