TNIAAM Brackets 2020: Marvel Civil War, Fantastic Four

Even without them, it’s still a Fantastic Four.

I’m utterly amazed that there isn’t a member of the title in here. Grimm? Richards? Storm(s)? Anyone? Hell, even Victor Von Doom? No. Okay.

On to the results. We’ve got pure chalk into the finals. While there were some upsets along the way, including Thanos, Captain Marvel and Deadpool all making the Eight-lluminati as the #6 seeds. Hell, we had two first round #5/#12 upsets. Overall it was an interesting bracket, but we’re here where we thought we were.

Ditko vs. Claremont

Peter Parker vs. James Howlett is a quite intriguing matchup. Two heroes with very different tact and drastically different personalities, head-to-head. The Friendly Neighborhood Thunderdome. Two men enter, one man leaves. Spidey may have a smarmy remark prior to the matchup, but Logan is the best at what he does, and what he does, isn’t that nice.

Kirby vs. Lee

Captain America vs Thor. Two characters worthy of welding Mjolnir, fighting against one another. Cap’s shield versus Mjolnir or even Stormbreaker. Good luck figuring out where on this scale you fall.
