The Syracuse Orange women’s basketball game versus Morgan State scheduled for Monday, December 28 has been canceled due to a positive test in the Orange program. All basketball-related activities have been paused.
The Syracuse men’s program is currently on hold as well through January 2 due to contact tracing.

The 22nd-ranked Orange stand at 5-1 on the season with a 2-1 mark in Atlantic Coast Conference play.
Freshman Kamilla Cardoso leads the Orange with 15.3 points per contest. Tiana Mangakahia and Kiara Lewis are also averaging double-digit scoring, with 12.5 and 11.0 points per game, respectively.
Last time out, the Orange defeated Boston College on the road, 83-70. Three Syracuse players contributed double-digit scoring in the win, including Cardoso (24 points), Lewis (20), and Priscilla Williams (14).
Syracuse’s next game is scheduled for Thursday, December 31 versus North Carolina. Should it happen, the game will air on ACCNX at 2 P.M. EST. ‘Cuse suffered its only loss of the season at North Carolina on Dec. 17, 68-92.
