The Orange won their only meeting against Duke by a 4-3 score. Syracuse was led by Florine Van Boetzelaer’s two goals in that game and will be counting on senior goalie Syd Taylor to continue her strong play in this tournament.
If Syracuse wins on Thursday they would advance to face the winner of UNC-Boston College on Friday. Louisville awaits the winner of Virginia and Wake Forest on the other side of the bracket. The ACC Championship game is scheduled for Sunday November 8 at 1:30 p.m. ET, and all the tournament games will be broadcast on the ACC Network.
