We’re still nearly two weeks away from the game, but we now know the network and kickoff time for the Syracuse Orange’s matchup with the Holy Cross Crusaders. For the second straight Saturday, it’ll be a nooner on ACC Network.
Playing in front of a sold out Dome was electric on Saturday.

Let's run it back the next two weeks: https://t.co/9no6OD3uIv pic.twitter.com/MkLZXhYDuD
SU hasn’t faced Holy Cross since 1973, when the Orange won a 5-3 game we’d very much like not to repeat. Syracuse leads the all-time series, 23-5 and hasn’t lost to the Crusaders since 1957 (a 20-19 defeat at Archbold Stadium).
Interestingly, this will be the third road game of the year for Holy Cross, and the second of four straight. The matchup with ‘Cuse is bookended by road games against Yale (before), and Brown and Bucknell (after).
Though the ACC Network has earned a lot of pick-up so far since its launch, there are still some big fish to go still, including Comcast (the biggest fish of cable and satellite providers). Hopefully that gets worked out to some extent in the very near future — though the ACC’s level of play this season (aside from Clemson) probably isn’t going to help matters there.
