2018 stats: Registered 72 tackles and 10.5 sacks as a team captain for the Hilltoppers. Darton was a two-time Worcester Academy MVP and earned the 2018 New England Preparatory School Athletic Council Lineman of the Year.

2019 projections: Redshirt season.

How’d he get here?: Darton choose ‘Cuse as a preferred walk-on over another PWO offer with UMass.

What’d recruiting sites say?: No stars, unfortunately.

Money Quote: Darton felt comfortable joining Syracuse as a PWO because of respect he received from defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Brian Ward.
