How’d he get here?: Erickson had offers from Colgate, Penn and Georgetown before tearing his ACL in the final game of his high-school career. After their interest dwindled, Erickson reached out to Syracuse and the two decided to join forces.

Interesting nugget o’interest: Both of Erickson’s parents are former Orange athletes. His mother, Kelly, played field hockey from 1988-91 and was a 1991 NFHCA First Team All-American while his dad, Dan, was an offensive lineman for the football program.
