Hopefully you didn’t think that the Syracuse Orange were finished for the 2018-19 academic year. Next week we have three Syracuse athletes competing at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Starting today the ninth-ranked men’s rowing team will take to the water at Lake Natoma in Sacramento California for the 2019 IRA Regatta.
The Orange will have four boats competing. In the Heavyweight Varsity Eight, Syracuse will compete in the third race this morning in Heat 1 of the MV8. The Heavyweight Second Varsity Eight will be in the 10th race today in Heat 2 of the M2V8. Syracuse’s Heavyweight Third Varsity Eight is entered in Race #15 in Heat 3 of the M3V8 while the Orange Heavyweight Varsity Four will compete in Race #20 in Heat 4 of the MV4.
Here’s how the Orange will line-up this morning.
We've got perfect weather in Sacramento for the IRA Championships, which begin tomorrow morning!
