TNIAAM 2019 NFL Draft Open Thread

If a Syracuse player (or two) gets picked this year, it’s going to be today.

The NFL Draft’s been going on from Nashville for the last two days. But day three is the one that Syracuse Orange fans should really care about, as it’s the most likely day for former SU players to get selected.

Things get started on Saturday at noon ET, with the first pick of the fourth round. You can watch the proceedings on a slew of different networks because the NFL is an all-encompassing behemoth. So tune into ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Deportes or NFL Network — or you can also stream the event on the WatchESPN app, NFL mobile app, ESPN.com or NFL.com — if you want to watch what happens live.

As we’ve discussed before, there are two Syracuse players that appear in line to get drafted: Chris Slayton and Jamal Custis. Koda Martin has an outside shot to get picked. But names like Eric Dungey, Cody Conway and others will be on the list of prospects with a little more control over their destination as undrafted free agents. Who signs where will start coming out shortly after the Draft wraps on Saturday.

We’ll have articles up as Syracuse selections are announced. Any preferred destinations for them? Or if you have an NFL team you root for, anything you’re looking forward to seeing?
