Welcome to college football’s early signing period! Despite the disappointment on the field this fall, the Syracuse Orange are hoping to add key components to get back to bowl eligibility in 2020. Dino’s predicted nickname: Dino’s going to call him “Sir Garth of County York” because he’s not as big on Wayne’s World jokes as we are.

Highlights:

Player outlook: Thanks to the experience returning to the Syracuse offensive line next season Barclay will have time to get acclimated to the Orange strength and conditioning program. He certainly has the ideal height and wingspan for the tackle position and will be an interesting prospect to watch develop.
