We’ve invited Syracuse Orange fans to participate in SB Nation’s NCAA Fan Pulse this year (and you can still sign up if interested). Each week we’ll bring you the results so here’s where things stand for the Week 8 voting..
This week, fans were asked to pick which of next week’s games you were most excited for and the results were:
- Auburn at LSU - 38.9%
- Wisconsin at Ohio State - 34%
- Notre Dame at Michigan - 13.7%
- North Dakota State at South Dakota State - 5.5%
- Washington State at Oregon - 4.5%
- Penn State at Michigan State - 3.5%
Here’s the top 25 from across the country:

After the loss to Pittsburgh, more Syracuse fans said they remain confident in the program’s direction bringing that confidence up to 45.8%. Maybe some of those fans saw that the Orange defense hasn’t allowed a second-half touchdown in the last two weeks?
Anyay here’s what the TNIAAM FanPulse Top 25 looks like this week and kudos to you for ranking Memphis over Michigan.
- Alabama Crimson Tide
- Clemson Tigers
- LSU Tigers
- Ohio State Buckeyes
- Oklahoma Sooners
- Penn State Nittany Lions
- Georgia Bulldogs
- Auburn Tigers
- Florida Gators
- Notre Dame Fighting Irish
- Oregon Ducks
- Wisconsin Badgers
- SMU Mustangs
- Minnesota Golden Gophers

Of note from this week’s polls across SB Nation is that Clemson, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech fans had the Tigers No. 1 in their polls while Ohio State, Michigan State and Kentucky fans went with the Buckeyes on top. Kentucky showed zero SEC loyalty there which I’m sure will remembered in the CBB FanPulse polls.
We’ll be bringing you these FanPulse updates each week throughout the season so keep making your voices heard.
