While the Syracuse Orange prepare to face the Florida State Seminoles on Saturday, ‘Cuse fans got some news regarding the Orange’s next game versus the Boston College Eagles:
Boston College vs. Syracuse on Nov.2 will be a Nooner on @accnetwork
— Brent Axe (@BrentAxeMedia) October 21, 2019
I don’t think it should come as a surprise to many involved; Syracuse has been less-than-stellar and Boston College was sliding hard before their win over N.C. State. Once again, if you’re a Time Warner/Spectrum customer still on the legacy Time Warner plan, you’ll be locked out of this one. (However, I suspect that number is dwindling if you’re reading this blog.)
This weekend will go a long way to determining how excited both fan bases get for this game, and how many fill the Dome for the first nooner since the Orange played Holy Cross. Syracuse is 3-4 and FSU should pose a significant challenge toward getting win No. 4. Boston College (4-3) is up against Clemson, which isn’t likely to go all that well for them either.
SU hasn’t been tossed over to ACCNX yet, but losses these next two weeks could start trending the Orange toward the network’s streaming option.
