No matter how it happened, the Syracuse Orange defeated the Western Michigan Broncos on Friday night, securing the first of six needed Gasparilla Stones. They even picked up a Jolly Roger flag!

Ultimately, nothing much is going to change until ‘Cuse wins a game they’re not S&P+ favorites in (hello, Florida State?), but we can continue to get excited as the team gasses up the bad boy mower for a hopeful postseason run.
