It’s Friday! And that means the Syracuse Orange’s first game of the 2018 football season. Unlike the typical FCS matchup we’ve had for the past four years, Syracuse opens on the road against the Western Michigan Broncos this time around. WMU has former Orange OC Tim Lester as their head coach. That makes him familiar with SU players. It’s probably not as big of a deal as people are making it out to be.
The game kicks off from Waldo Stadium at 6 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network/CBS Sports HQ. Hopefully you get one or both (and if not, scurry to a bar that does).
