Troy Nunes Is An Absolute Podcast: Syracuse quarterbacks/Big 12 preview

Not a whole lot happened this past week, but we still chat about the Orange football roster for a good amount of time anyway.

Due to July 4 being on a Wednesday this year, not much has happened in the past week. Still, we found at least 30 minutes of Syracuse Orange-related material to discuss anyway. Also, thanks as always, to our producer Louis for making this listenable.

Some of the larger topics this week:

  • The reasons why Syracuse’s QB play should be improved this year
  • An extensive conversation about Kansas being terrible at football
  • Why is everyone so quick to think Oklahoma easily replaces Baker Mayfield?
  • Boeheim’s Army has really mastered this whole roster-building thing
  • Our preferences for NBA conference realignment
  • We’re pretty high on Iowa State for 2018
  • Want more beer? Follow John and Dan on Untappd

Plan accordingly: This week’s episode runs just under an hour. It’s all Syracuse football and TBT up front (plus a little NBA), then we spend the entire second half hanging out in the Big 12.

Also, Dan’s going to be in Tuckahoe, N.Y. speaking about beer and Syracuse football in August. Details here.
