Get to Know Your Orange Man: #18, CB Scoop Bradshaw

The junior should be a key contributor for the Orange this year

NCAA Football: Boston College at Syracuse Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

Name: Scoop Bradshaw

Position: Defensive back

Year: Junior

Height: 5’11”

Weight: 181

Hometown: Tampa, Fla.

High School: Plant

2017 stats: He was the starter for 11 games (missed the game against Miami after an injury against Clemson) and recorded 21 tackles, 5.5 for a loss. He also recovered a fumble and lead the team with six pass breakups.

2018 projections: After serving as one of the Syracuse Orange’s starting cornerbacks last year, he has the gig once again this season.

How did he get here?: Syracuse was the only one to offer Bradshaw, and he committed before his senior season.

What did his recruiting sites say?: 3 stars all around.

Twitterfeed: @4scoopway

Tweets of wonder: This is his only non-retweet tweet in the past two years.

What movie would Dino recommend for him?: The 2006 Rom-com “Scoop” is light hearted, funny, and basically average. Never watched it, but I’m sure it’s fine.

Interesting nugget o interest: He went to the same high school as cancer survivor and fellow teammate, Rex Culpeper. Must have been one heck of a high school team.

Let’s get a good look at ya: Here he is last year previewing the game against Wake Forest.
