East End Bar & Grill in NYC to stream all Boeheim’s Army games during TBT

Manhattan’s Upper East Side Syracuse haunt will serve as HQ for all Boeheim’s Army games during TBT.

For those residing (or visiting) in New York City, East End Bar & Grill serves as a the local meeting ground for Syracuse Orange alumnus and for those with ties to Syracuse. Such will be the case this weekend and beyond as Boeheim’s Army makes its way down to New York to compete in The Basketball Tournament. East End — stationed on Manhattan’s Upper East Side on 1st avenue between 86th and 87th streets — will be watch HQ throughout the winner-take-all, $2.0 million tournament.

As is always the case when any Syracuse sporting event is live, the orange clad bar will be showing games with live game sound. No need to worry about watching the game without being able to hear the broadcast or the guy sitting next to you speaking too loudly about how Jim Boeheim needs to come out of the 2-3 zone.

Boeheim’s Army will begin play at 6:50 pm on Saturday at LIU Brooklyn. Should the guys advance, they’ll play the winner of Team Fancy/Saints Alive on Sunday at 4:40 pm.

In the interim, Boeheim’s Army will finish training camp up at Melo and make its way down to New York this Friday. The roster is set with Eric Devendorf, Brandon Triche, John Gillon, Demetris Nichols, James Southerland, Kris Joseph, Hakim Warrick, DaShonte Riley and Arinze Onuaku in the fold. The team will once again be coached by Ryan Blackwell and of course, Kevin Belbey is still serving as GM.
