Name: Mike Clark
Position: Offensive tackle
Year: (Redshirt) Sophomore
Height: 6’8”
Weight: 304
Hometown: Exton, Penn.
High School: Downingtown East High School
2017 stats: Clark was an integral part of the field goal unit. He also saw some action in two games at tackle, spending the season second on the depth chart at right tackle behind Jamar McGloster.
2018 expectations: He’s currently on the Syracuse Orange’s spring two-deep as the starting right tackle. He’s a big body that is looking to fill McGloster’s shoes and see what he can to to keep what is a solid offensive line together. The job is his to lose at this point.
How’d he get here?: Clark was originally a Maryland commit, then decommited from the Terps before joining the Orange’s 2016 class. He received offers from Maryland, Penn State, Rutgers, South Carolina and Ohio State, among others.
What was he rated: All services said three stars, which seems right for where he came in.
Money Quote: Dino Babers seems optimistic here.
“He’s working hard and doing a good job. He’s still young. He’s working against some explosive pass rushers so it’ll be interesting to see how he does (in live action) on Saturday.”

Tweets of wonder: A fancy new profile pic? Clark seems to be the master of the RT, so this is the last real tweet I was able to track down.

What movie would Dino recommend?: The Green Mile was last year’s choice, I’m going to have to go with Michael Clarke Duncan again, because why not, and Frank Miller’s Sin City.
Interesting nugget o’Interest: Clark attended high school at Downington East with current starting Columbus Crew and U.S. National Team goaltender Zack Steffen.
