2018 projections: It’ll be tough for Johnson to find time at wide receiver for the Orange this fall, so he looks like a potential redshirt candidate.

How’d he get here? Johnson enrolled at SU in January as a walk-on in the 2018 class.

“It’s a dream come true and I always knew I would bleed orange and blue,” Johnson Jr. said. “The decision was easier than most would think. Syracuse is one of the most prestigious universities in the country and the history in incomparable. In addition, you can’t pass down the academics that ‘Cuse has to offer. It’s an all-around great school.”
