Boeheim’s Army is officially cleared to participate in the 2018 TBT (The Basketball Tournament) and take their best shot at the $2 million prize. The team of Syracuse Orange alumni have added Hakim Warrick to their roster, bringing them to the minimum requirement of seven.
Warrick, remembered for the Most Important Game in Syracuse Basketball History and The Block, played in the 2015 & 16 TBTs and has been most recently playing in Israel. His last NBA stint was with the Charlotte Hornets in 2013.
#ICYMI: Hakim WARRICK is BACK for Boeheim’s Army!

You know what @hdubb21’s return means? We are officially ELIGIBLE for @thetournament! pic.twitter.com/D6J4Qq7E8R
Much like last year, this is probably not the last addition to the team. After the NBA Draft, Summer League invites will be dished out, and more fringe players will be looking for ways to improve their stocks before rosters are finalized. Last year’s team included many of the faces on the 2018 roster, plus Rick Jackson and Trevor Cooney.
What do you think of the team so far as they prepare to defend their Northeast Regional championship?
