Stats: 6’4”, 250 lbs.
Commitment date: June 13, 2018
Ratings: Three stars by the three major outlets
Other offers: Rutgers, Cincinnati, Temple, Buffalo and Kent State
Dino’s projected nickname: “Rondi Rousey”
Highlights:
Player Outlook: Rondi’s high school coach praised his work ethic when he committed this summer, and Rondi attributes a lot of his development to boxing. Rondi also doubled as an offensive lineman and long snapper, although he is going to focus on the defensive side of the ball for the Orange. At just 260 pounds, Rondi will need to add weight to his frame before he sees the field, but if the work ethic is as good as advertised, expect Rondi to become an integral part of future defensive lines.
