Syracuse point guard Frank Howard returns to practice
Senior point guard Frank Howard returned to practice today for the first time since injuring his foot in September, per Syracuse dot com's Donna Ditota. Howard was cast in a walking boot for most of October. Syracuse's next game will be tomorrow against Morehead State at the Carrier Dome and will tip at 7 pm EST. While a return is unlikely for Howard, the two other points guards on the roster -- Jalen Carey and Howard Washington -- returned in the Orange's first game against Eastern Washington on Tuesday. After this Saturday's game, Syracuse will fly down to New York on Wednesday after practice. The Orange will then square off against old Big East rival Connecticut on Thursday at Madison Square Garden in the 2K Classic.
