Syracuse vs. Louisville: Short week leads to minimal depth chart change

No status updates on potential injuries and few actual changes made.

NCAA Football: North Carolina State at Syracuse Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

The No. 13 Syracuse Orange are taking on the basement dwellers of the ACC when the Louisville Cardinals come to the Carrier Dome for a Friday night game. At the beginning of the year, we thought this could be an upset matchup for ‘Cuse. Now? We’re looking at the Orange being favored by 21(!!!), and looking to finish their home schedule undefeated. Who will be part of the two-deep depth chart for this game?

A few thoughts...

  • No updates on injuries (or non-injuries) to Moe Neal or Alton Robinson from late in last week’s win over Wake Forest. It’s not like Dino to tip these things, so we’ll just have to wait awhile.
  • Shyheim Cullen keeps his OR with Andrew Armstrong. Linebackers continue to be an interesting position group, as Ryan Guthrie has stepped up in the middle over the last three games.
  • Taj Harris remains the starting wide receiver and his play has shown that won’t change any time soon.

We’ll keep this post updated if Dino sheds any light on potential injuries in his weekly presser.
