The Syracuse Orange basketball team officially started off the season with a win against Eastern Washington Eagles earlier in the week and moved to 1-0. The Orange will once again face off against an Eagles foe tonight as it takes on Morehead State at 7 pm from the Carrier Dome.
Frank Howard isn’t a likely go tonight, but he did return for practice for the first time yesterday. Howard Washington and Jalen Carey both played last game, so look for those two point guards to settle the ongoing situation at the one.
Syracuse is now favored by 23 points against Morehead State and Ken Pom predicts a 22 point victory for the Orange. Morehead State opened the season with a win against the Kentucky Christian Knights, but fell to mid-major Connecticut on Thursday.
