Darius Bazley and Emily Engler selected for 41st McDonalds All-American Game (McDonalds All-American)
The top recruits for 2018 for the Syracuse Orange men and women were selected for this year’s game in Atlanta. The last time Syracuse had men’s and women’s recruits selected in the same year was 2012 when Dajuan Coleman, Brittney Sykes and Brianna Butler were all honored.
Not a lot of information, but at least we’ve got some kind of a timeline for a Dome update.

The Syracuse Football team is back to work (Syracuse.com)
The team held its first winter strength and conditioning session Tuesday morning, attended its first classes of the spring semester and will soon learn what its complete 2018 schedule looks like.
“This is an incredible opportunity for me to challenge myself professionally at the highest level of coaching with many of the best players in the world. We hope to field a team for the Atlanta Blaze that embodies the same principles we strive to cultivate each day at Thunder LB3 with the goal of bringing home a Major League Lacrosse Championship in 2018. I love the city of Atlanta and I am humbled with the opportunity to be the Head Coach of the Atlanta Blaze,” said Liam Banks.
