After seven seasons with the New York Knicks... Carmelo Anthony says goodbye to the Big Apple. He will be traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The pick is reportedly a second rounder via Chicago. Everything will be completed on Monday, but the deal is set and Melo is willing to make some sacrifices to get out of NYC.

So Carmelo, Paul George and Russell Westbrook will all be together in the Western Conference for at least a year.

Update: Jim Boeheim told Frank Isola of the NY Daily News that he thinks is a very good move for Melo.

Will Melo find success in OKC? Who got the better deal? Let us know what you think!
