The most successful senior class in Syracuse Orange women’s basketball history has departed, which should present quite the challenge for 2017-18. But along with returning talent, SU also brings a top-10 recruiting class in for this season, plus some key transfers.
We might not know exactly what we’re getting from this group, though as of Thursday, we now know every opponent they’ll face, and when they’ll face them. The full ACC schedule has been released.

The Orange face seven NCAA Tournament teams from last year, and four power conference teams in non-ACC play. SU’s non-conference schedule features five neutral site matchups and one true road game. Syracuse challenged themselves last year and was “rewarded” with an eight-seed and a second-round game against UConn. Hopefully Quentin Hillsman’s group won’t suffer the same fate should they make it back to the NCAAs.
