Syracuse men’s soccer signs three more to the Class of 2017

The additions help to flesh out an already solid class of incoming freshmen.

The Syracuse Orange men’s soccer team was able to add three new additions to the squad this week. Oliver Eisen, Manny Nunez, and Petter Stangeland will be on campus and training this fall.

Club Team: Täby FK

Position: Central Midfield - Based on highlights, I could see him as a number 8, but highlights can be decieving.

Highlights:

Oliver will be playing in the midfield for Team Maccabi USA in the 20th Maccabiah Games this summer. The Sweden native is a USA dual international.

Club Team: Sandnes Ulf - OBOS-ligaen

Position: Forward

Stats: Petter played for the Sandnes Ulf II squad last season, leading the 3. Divisjon in scoring. He also played in four matches for the senior squad totaling 76 minutes through sub appearances. He was on the bench twice this year for the senior side prior to committing to the Orange.

Highlights: If you speak Norwegian, there’s a chance you can get something from this? Couldn’t find anything of him on the pitch though.
